CAA Dollars®
Sirius Canada Inc. (“SIRIUS”) is proud to participate in the CAA Show Your Card & Save program and to be a national CAA Dollars®
partner of the Canadian Automobile Association.
One CAA Dollar® is equal to one Canadian Dollar. CAA Dollars® are stored in your CAA member account and can be redeemed toward
your next CAA renewal fee, for vacations booked through CAA Travel and for many other products and services.
CAA members that do not already subscribe to SIRIUS can earn CAA Dollars® by purchasing and activating a SIRIUS radio for a minimum
one year subscription term and maintaining active service on the subscription for at least 90 days. To receive CAA Dollars® for
activating your subscription, simply complete and submit the registration form. Please note that any cancellation of your subscription

CAA Member Exclusive Offer
Effective May 22, 2009 Members can purchase a SIRIUS Radio at any authorized retailer in Canada or the SIRIUS direct to consumer site
and will receive 20 CAA Dollars on a new primary 1 year activation term or 40 CAA Dollars® a new primary 2 year or more activation term.
The member will be required to complete an Online Rebate form with the following information:
Name
Email
Address
Phone Number
CAA Membership Number
Radio/Model Number
Radio ESN/SID
Activation Date (Must be May 22, 2009 or after that date)
Activation Term 1 year or 2years or longer
Submission Date (Must be within 60 days of the activation date)
Compliant members will receive a credit within 90 days of the registration of the program.
Non-compliant members will be sent an email advising the member why they are not compliant. The members will have 30 days
to respond and become compliant.
If the CAA member cancels their subscription with SIRIUS prior to the end of the selected term, SIRUS will charge back to
the members credit card $40 based on or current terms and conditions.
CAA members must provide their valid CAA membership card number at time of registration. SIRIUS Standard Terms & Conditions
(available at www.sirius.ca) apply to all subscriptions to the
SIRIUS Satellite Radio service. The SIRIUS Satellite Radio service cannot be assigned or transferred. SIRIUS makes no warranties
with respect to any equipment or accessories. After the initial subscription period, unless otherwise terminated,
the SIRIUS service will renew automatically for additional periods of the same length on SIRIUS’ Standard Terms & Conditions.
